Nose
strong vanilla and a whole heap of classic sherry cask notes like almonds, a little cherry, chocolatey sweetness and oranges. A very gentle saltiness and something like toasted hazelnuts. This dram is ever so slightly oily and underpinned by a delicate wood-smoke that provides great contrast.
Palate
Creamy, mouth-filling palate.
Finish
A long, elegant finish, trailing off gracefully with pipe tobacco.
