From Signatory Vintage Cask Strength Collection comes a 2005 vintage Macallan, aged for 17 years in a single 1st Fill Oloroso Sherry Butt. Distilled on the 11th of July 2005 then bottled at natural colour and strength on the 20th of March 2023. Each bottle is individually numbered with a yield of only 625 bottles.

Palate
An explosion of flavors with a medium-thick mouthfeel, presenting burnt caramel, dark chocolate, roasted almonds, and bitter oak. Leathery arrival with a sweet-savory balance of dried beef strips, Oloroso, orange zest, and chocolate creme patisserie.
Finish
