Description

The Macallan Exceptional Casks series was relaunched in 2017. The range takes its name from a number of single cask bottlings Macallan released during the 1990s. Selected by Macallan Whisky Maker Polly Logan, it was reserved for the 2019 batch of releases, on 21st January that year. This single malt was distilled on 28th February 2007 and matured for twelve years in an American oak bourbon barrel, cask #3112-05, before being bottled at 64.6% ABV.
