- Strong oak and sweet barley. Oranges, pears and lemon rind. Vanilla, butterscotch and a whiff of wood smoke.
- Palate
- Hot and slightly sour with a tingly mouthfeel. Malty sweetness followed by some savouriness. Jalepeno pepper, grapefruit and wood spice.
- Finish
- Hot peppers, five spice, floral honey and sea salt. Long and numbing.
