The Macallan Gold is drawn from a combination of first fill and refill sherry seasoned oak casks. The result is a whisky that is vibrant and golden in colour, with a citrus and sweet vanilla nose, a palate of ginger and cinnamon, and a lingering finish of toasted apples.
