Nose

Palate
Velvety caramel, dark chocolate, and dried fruits, complemented by a subtle undertone of oak. Also notes of soy sauce, balsamico and barbecued beef. Thick, oily, rich.
Finish
Long and satisfying, with lingering notes of sweet vanilla and a gentle warmth. Rich but clean and pure, with a faint saltiness and an aftertaste on blackberry jelly.
