Rich vanilla cream sweetness with light wisps of smoke and an earthy dark chocolate sweetness, hints of fresh cherries, toffee apple, caramel and orange with an intense peat smoke.
Palate
Initially a rich combination of dried fruit and citrus, slowly rolling into a rich peat smoke. Smoky orange and ginger with a rich dried fruit and oak flavour, opening up into a comforting peat, with light elements of smoked dried fruits and an almondy nuttiness.
Finish
Long sweet dried fruit with a lengthy sweet peat flavor, moving into sweet almond and biscuit.
