Rich vanilla cream sweetness with light wisps of smoke and an earthy dark chocolate sweetness, fresh citrus notes with dried fruit before salted caramel moves into whispers of peat smoke.
Palate
Initially a rich combination of dried fruit and citrus, slowly rolling into a rich peat smoke. A subtle blend of green apples and citrus, dried fruit richness, and smoke perfectly combine. Light elements of smoked dried fruits and an almondy nuttiness make it feel almost chewy.
Finish
Long sweet dried fruit with a lengthy sweet peat flavour, with layers of spice, sherry richness, charred wood, and smoky warmth.
