Description

The Macallan M - Lalique Decanter is a prestigious Speyside single malt whisky, the pinnacle expression of The Macallan's 1824 Series and a key part of the M Collection. It is a collaboration between The Macallan, creative director Fabien Baron, and crystal masters Lalique, presented in a hand-blown, six-faceted Lalique crystal decanter. This non-age statement whisky is a vatting of exceptionally rare whiskies, with some components dating back to the 1940s, matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks, including Oloroso sherry casks from Jerez, Spain. The initial release in 2013 was limited to 1,750 decanters globally.
