Nose
A big, rich and fruity nose of apricot, peach and nectarines. The Madeira presence gives it a shortbread biscuit and a raisiny note. It is nicely complimented by a touch of coastal, demarara sugar and a slightly floral top note.
Palate
Dry, soft and polished on the palate. The Madeira influence is obvious from the start – shortbread biscuit and a raisiny dried fruit and demarara sugar followed by coastal notes and loads of developing spice. Full flavoured, robust with a good length and a toasted coconut after taste.
