This innovative single malt is the fifth edition in The Macallan Harmony Collection, a limited annual series exploring intriguing flavor collaborations. This release, inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid tea, is a unique collaboration between Macallan and JING Tea. It was matured primarily in sherry-seasoned American oak casks, with European sherry oak and a touch of ex-bourbon American oak, resulting in a floral, fruity character with sweet, roasted layers and a hint of dessert wine-like aroma. The presentation box is crafted from repurposed waste tea leaves, reflecting the collection's commitment to sustainable packaging.
