This impressive 60-year-old single malt whisky was launched in October 2020 as part of The Macallan's 'The Red Collection,' celebrating the distillery's deep connection to the color red. It is one of the oldest ongoing expressions ever offered by The Macallan and is among the rarest and most valuable Macallans ever released. Distilled in 1960, it matured for six decades in a combination of sherry seasoned European oak and refill casks. Bottled at 43.4% ABV, this expression delivers profound richness with remarkable elegance.
