Description

This version of the Macallan Whisky Maker's Edition expression is from the Classic Travel Range, a modern interpretation of the original Travel Series from the early 2000s. This was the brand's second collaboration with X-Ray photographer Nick Veasey, following the 2011 Six Pillars range. The collection was launched in July 2016 at Singapore's Changi Airport as a travel retail exclusive. It features Nick Veasey's X-ray photography of a 1930s propeller plane on the bottle and outer packaging. The whisky was crafted by Bob Dalgarno, Macallan's distillery manager, using a combination of Sherry and bourbon casks. It is a limited edition release.
