- Clean and unsullied before warming to barley (and barley sugar), some big hitting citrus, grapes and a big hint of Bourbon.

- Oh-so-dulcet with muscovado sugar to the fore, and later marzipan, orange, cream and a drift of smoke.

- Medium-long with all these flavours being neatly replicated at different stages.
