Nose
Light brown sugar and butterscotch lead, followed by cherry and candied pecans. Underneath, gentle warmth from clove, cinnamon, and a faint honey-cereal sweetness rounds out the nose.
Palate
The entry is soft and distinctly sweet, driven by caramel and vanilla. At mid-palate, baking spice emerges — clove and cinnamon most prominently — balanced by ripe pear and a thread of cherry. Oak provides backbone without overpowering the wheat-driven smoothness.
Finish
Medium in length with a smooth, creamy texture and no harsh grain bite. Soft spice and clean vanilla linger before tapering into a dry, pleasant close.
