Description

North Star is an independent bottler of fine whiskies, rums and bourbons. Founded by Ian Croucher in 2016, the Glasgow based company produces small batch releases without chill filtration and usually at a healthy cask strength. This Mannochmore was distilled in March 2008 and bottled in February 2021 as a 12-year-old. It was matured in a refill hogshead.
