Nose
Lemon syrup, limoncello, lemongrass, orange barley sugar, and honey, with hints of spearmint chews, minerality, and a slight beery or pet nat yeastiness. Also, fruits like pears, plums, dried fruit, banoffee, vanilla, creamy notes, tropical pineapple, caramel, lemon curd, waxy, shortbread, and a touch of amaretto.
Palate
A rich, almost syrupy and waxy texture, with clean, sweet lemon, menthol, butterscotch, and millionaire's shortbread. It is intense and powerful, with voluptuous fruity elements chased by sweet spices, reminiscent of banana bread with nuts and toffee.
Finish
Clean, citrussy, salty, and honeyed, with a slightly bitter nutty element, like almond or roasted hazelnuts.
