'Champagne sherbet' Distilled at Mannochmore on the 5th of March 2008, then matured in a Refill ex-Bourbon Barrel for 9 years before being bottled by the Scotch Malt Whisky Society. The cask yielded 201 bottles at 60.5% ABV.

- Sweet and with a fair bit of zing, candy, boiled sweets, sherbet, sugar-dusted strawberries, punchy lemon zest, bready notes (yeasty buns and doughs), earthy vegetal notes (cactus or agave). With water: reduced zingy sherbet, heightened fruit notes, more tropical pineapple.
- Palate
- Lively, sherbet, good mouthfeel, alcoholic burn (undiluted), citrus, earthiness, bready flavours, nuttiness (almond), spicing (nutmeg and pepper). With water: improved balance, wine-like qualities, pronounced lemon rinds.
- Finish
- Medium to long with a very nice progressive fade and a hint of salinity towards the end.
