Nose
Bright lemongrass and ginger, with dried apricots and oaky vanilla. Ripe fruits like quince, apricot, and banana, with vanilla. Some almost musty, fortified wine and fruit notes, muscat grapes, and a hint of shisho.
Palate
Barley sugar, with ginger snaps, raisin-studded malt loaf, creamy vanilla, and a touch of tart citrus. Sweetness of honey, melon, ripe persimmon fruits, and hazelnut character from sherry casks. Mushroom-y funk with a bit of meatiness, herbal notes, and aloe vera.
Finish
Barley sugar lingers, backed by warming spice. Medium long finish, creamy vanilla, massive doses of orange zest and orange juice. Long and smooth with notes of vanilla and persimmon.
