Description

This Mars Komagatake single malt whisky was distilled at the Shinshu distillery and matured in the Yakushima aging cellars. It is part of the 'Yakushima Aging' series, where the whisky is transported to Yakushima island for maturation. The key malt is primarily aged in ex-Bourbon barrels with a hint of sherry notes, and it is very lightly peated at about 6ppm. The whisky is diluted to 53% to enhance its fruity and juicy flavors.
