Description

This is the second release in Mars Whisky's Malt Duo series, a collaboration between their Tsunuki distillery in Kagoshima and Akkeshi distillery in Hokkaido. New make malt whisky was exchanged between the distilleries in 2018 and 2019, maturing for over five years before being blended with each host distillery's own malt. The result is a lightly peated dram with notes of juicy, ripe fruit and rich custard, showcasing the diverse whisky regions of Japan.
