Nose
beautifully fragrant and desserty. Grilled peaches, pecan pie, date pudding, all with aromatic leather, seasoned oak, vanilla bean, and a touch of fresh rosemary.
Palate
voluptuous. There's this honey drizzled peaches and cream right on the front of the palate before gobs of vanilla, layered of custard, chewy date fruitiness, and rich, raw almond lingering.
Finish
hearty and long, continuing with the dates, vanilla, and raw almond from the palate before transitioning to dark chocolate and trailing mature oak and soft linger of cigar smoke.
