Description
The identity of Michel Couvreur is first distinguished by the aging of its whiskies in Sherry and Port casks, mainly. However, the singularity of Michel Couvreur whiskies also finds its source in the cellar located in Bouze-lès-Beaune, in Côte d'Or, halfway between Andalusia and Scotland. This exceptional cellar, with its 150 meters of galleries dug into the heart of the Burgundian rock, offers humidity, silence, calm and depth.
