This is the first version of 10 Year Single Barrel Bourbon ever bottled under the "new Michter's brand" and ownership. This original bottling contract was fulfilled by Julian Van Winkle III during his tenure at Old Commonwealth in Lawrenceburg, KY. Long, warm, and satisfying, leaving notes of cinnamon bark, dark chocolate, gentle peppery spice, oak, vanilla, sweet tobacco, roasted nuts, and a cognac-like quality.
