The bourbon is bottled at 54% ABV (108 proof) and is known for its rich and layered complexity, partly due to a portion of the bourbon being aged in Chinquapin (Quercus muehlenbergii) oak, which was naturally air-dried and seasoned for three years before being toasted and charred.
