Shenk's Homestead Sour Mash Whiskey is a premium, limited-edition release from Michter's Distillery, honoring the legacy of John Shenk. Made in Kentucky using the traditional Sour Mash process, a portion of the whiskey is aged in special toasted French oak barrels from the Vosges region of France, air-dried for 24 months. This full-bodied small batch whiskey is bottled at 91.2 proof (45.6% ABV) and is part of Michter's Legacy Series.
