Deep notes of vanilla and toffee, toasted almonds and cinnamon, with an ample dose of crushed pepper and a hint of orange citrus. Other notes include bubble gum, dried flowers, fruit pastries, honey, red apple, and subtle pine and cedar.
Palate
Rich flavors of vanilla, toffee, toasted almonds, cinnamon, and bold crushed pepper. It offers a super-soft mouthfeel with baking spices, dark red fruits (especially cherry), allspice, and a hint of orange zest. Some sips reveal toasted marshmallow or a faint nuttiness.
Finish
Medium length, nicely spicy and pleasantly drying, with lingering oak, red fruit notes, and an earthy chocolate note.
