Sweet honey, caramel, vanilla, butter, sugared pecans, light fruits, citrus notes, crisp apple, pear, apricot, lightly toasted oak, baking spice, cinnamon, clove, and sometimes a lemony tang, nutmeg, hot tortilla, or milk chocolate.
Finish
Medium length, with oak, pepper spice, rye spice, minty notes, and lingering sweet notes of caramel, vanilla, dried apricot, toasted oak, cinnamon, clove, fennel, and charred marshmallow.
