Description

Hybrid distilled and cold filtered, this is a smooth dram that is "unblended" - without the addition of neutral grain spirits, as is common to American whiskey - and a true "small batch", with only 24 barrels in each batch. It is aged in whiskey-soaked American white oak barrels, which distinguishes it from Bourbon. A buttery, rich and sweet foundation for superb craft cocktails.
