Description
Midleton's Dair Ghaelach (meaning 'Irish Oak') series pays tribute to Ireland's native forests. This Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey was first aged in American oak bourbon barrels and then finished for two years in virgin native Irish oak hogsheads, harvested from Kylebeg Wood on the Ballykilcavan Estate in County Laois. This release is part of a sustainable and innovative range, with each whiskey finished in a cask made from the wood of a single tree.
