Description

The Milk & Honey distillery, Israel's first, is located in Tel Aviv. This Apex series release, distilled in 2019 and bottled in 2022, is a single malt whisky matured in Tequila Casks. It is a limited batch release of 919 bottles, non-chill filtered and with natural color. The distillery, founded in 2012, is known for its warm-climate maturation process, which accelerates aging.
