Description

The Milk & Honey whisky distillery is the first of its kind in Israel, located in Tel Aviv. This M&H Apex White Wine Cask is a fresh and expressive single malt, distilled in 2017 and bottled in 2020. Matured in Chardonnay wine casks, it is part of the Apex series, known for its vibrant, fruit-driven character and distinct cask influence. The hot climate maturation in Israel means the whisky ages rapidly yet gracefully. This limited-edition bottling is non-chill filtered and bottled at 61.2% ABV.
