Milk and Honey 2017 Single STR Cask #325 / Kammer-Kirsch A young single malt whisky from Israel, where the hot climate ensures a far more rapid maturation process. This is something that several award winning international distilleries such as Amrut and Kavalan have reaped the benefits of. This whisky was distilled 2017 and matured in single, refill, STR cask #325 before being bottled 2020.
