Nose
Rich dried fruits, old leather-bound books, polished oak, subtle hints of tropical fruits with gentle spice notes, delightful aroma.
Palate
Honeyed maltiness balanced with oak tannins, stewed orchard fruits, warming baking spices, traces of tobacco leaf, sweet, smooth and with a real oak flavour.
Finish
Long and evolving with dried apricots, dark chocolate, a pleasant oakiness that speaks to its extended maturation, very smooth and flavorful.
