Nose
Mineral tones, paraffin, and oily lemon, creating an elegant and slightly old-fashioned aroma. Waxy, floral and rather muted.
Palate
Rich and layered with notes of stewed fruits, citrus zest, and overripe figs, offering a sweet and fruity profile. Green malt spice adds a fresh and herbal dimension, while a hint of bitterness balances the whole and adds depth. Flavours from the orchard floor, elderflower, Chantilly cream, winegums, lilac, lime cordial and almond flour.
Finish
Long and complex with floral notes of gorse blossom, a warm spicy touch of ginger, and a hint of white pepper, providing a lively conclusion. Lingering.
