Nose
A medley of fruit including apple, grape, pineapple, lime, oranges, mint, and candied zest, layered with sweet, malty notes. Hints of honey, graphite, melon, and a touch of pepper.
Palate
Rich and expressive with ripe fruit character, caramel, honey, orange peel, bitter chocolate, and toasted barley. Fresh, malty, with gentle woody notes, hibiscus, subtle green tea, and a dusty, floral quality. Tropical fruit tartness, gingerbread, toasted coconut, and soft oak.
Finish
A lingering brandy-like depth with woody notes and a subtle touch of peat. Crisp, sweet, with marshmallow, candied pineapple, white cherries, mellow fragrant oak, cardamom, guava, honeyed nuttiness, and toastiness. Long finish of dried fruit, orange peel, and salt.
