- Thick, luxurious, and boozy, leaning toward caramel syrup and almost molasses. Rich, vibrant spices, fragrant and crisp. Stewed apples, maple candy, coffee cake, and root beer float. Sweet rye spice, grape candy, creamy vanilla, red apple skin, and pleasant, sugary oak with a kiss of mint.
- Palate
- Buttery caramel apple pie, packed with a punch of proof. Brown sugar crumble, an underlying note of overcooked blueberry pastry, gobs of sweet, balanced oak with fragrant cinnamon. Effervescent kick of birch beer before spiced vanilla. Soft and chewy yet plush, creamy vanilla grape soda profile. Influence of oak, pleasing notes of sweet oak and caramel before a touch of tea-like tannins.
- Finish
- More antique oak, joining sweeter oak and a strand of baker's chocolate. Deeper notes of purple and blue fruits in a long, warming, semi-dry finish. Remains fruity and buttery with just the right amount of spice, moving into lightly spiced, boozy apple cider.
