Morris Sherry Barrel Australian Single Malt Whisky is distilled at the historic Morris winery site in Rutherglen, Victoria. It is matured in a combination of French and American oak ex-Australian red wine casks and finished in barrels that previously held Morris of Rutherglen's 10-year-old Amber Apera (fino-style sherry).
