Raisins and stewed plums alongside oak spice suit my taste. The medium-length, charred-oak finish keeps me interested, though not inclined to chase it blindly.
The stewed fruit and sweet oat biscuits sound warm and easy to like. The subtle herbal note and spearmint in the finish add a fresh touch that suits my tastes.
