An independent single cask bottling of Mortlach single malt Scotch whisky distilled on 21 April 1989 and bottled on 5 May 2026 at 37 years of age by Signatory Vintage under the Symington's Choice series. Matured in a 2nd fill Oloroso hogshead (cask REM #2) and bottled at a natural cask strength of 45.1% ABV as a Taiwan exclusive of 240 bottles.
