Nose
Light, clean and fruity distillate with fresh fruits like apple, pear, honeydew, cranberry, pineapple, raisin, tangerine and orange peel. Maltiness, cereals, grains, oats, sultana, salty liquorice, creme brulee, cacao, vanilla, honey, anise, sour cream, pistacchio and paprika.
Palate
Thin mouthfeel, tart, malt-driven with apple, pear, unripe banana, lemon, fig, tangerine, forest berries and orange peel bitterness. Creamy sweet with cruesli, toffee, sultana, liquorice, apple pie, vanilla, cacao dusting and new oak.
Finish
Pretty long with creamy malt, caramel and a touch of salt.
