Intense and inviting with dark fruit, vinous depth and clear Oloroso character. Notes of plum, dried fruit, citrus and spices slowly unfold in the glass.
Palate
Powerful and complex with an almost balsamic-like concentration. Rich fruit notes of plum, peach, apple and citrus are balanced by a marked malt sweetness and a fine mineral nerve.
Finish
Long, warm and lingering with sweetness, fruit and a light vinous character that stays for a long time.
