Nose
a little bit of vinegar, not fruity initially, cucumbers dipped in an oil and soy sauce mixture, turns to cherry popsicle, but still retains a strong sourness. Interesting aromas, smells more like a strong sauce than whisky.
Palate
light body, initial palate is a cool semi-sweet simple syrup, mid palate is just more light syrup, simple stuff, back palate has a little perfume in flavor and olfaction... which gets stronger, showcases some aged malt juice, seasoning oils, seasoned beef jerky, gets more dry with each sip.
Finish
medium, bitter, drying, slightly burnt food residue, hints of butter, more like the aftermath of eating a sweet bread, steel, metallic residue.
