Maltiply Tasting Profile

Nose: Dried pineapple rings, brandy snaps, mint tea, foam shrimp sweets and tinned lychees in syrup, developing into salted caramel, lemon zest, pencil shavings and banoffee pie.
Palate: Syrupy with notes of mashed banana, fruit salad, soft wood spices, dried ginger, lemon curd and tinned mango slices.
Finish: Vibrant and medium to long with luscious custard texture, vanilla cream, toffee, tangerine and subtle red chilli.

Bright lemon zest and mint tea give this a fresh edge, while the creamy custard and vanilla finish add warmth. A lively, clearly described combination that suits my taste.
