Summer meadows and fragrant barley, with layers of vanilla and kitchen herbs hiding underneath. Floral aromas, malted barley, vanilla, herbaceous notes. Vanilla ice cream, zesty limes and a herbal, leafy spring hedgerow note with some freshly cut green oak. [2, 3, 4, 5]
Palate
Chocolate digestives, nutty brown bread, honeycomb, a subtle hint of lime zest, cardamom spiciness building. Nutty, oaky tannins, sweet honey, citrus peel, festive spices. Creamy vanilla, biscuits, and that zesty citrus note transfers from nose to palate. [2, 3, 4, 5]
