Description

Nc'nean Quiet Rebels Amy is a limited-edition single malt from the Nc'nean distillery, the fourth release in the Quiet Rebels series, which celebrates the people who make Nc'nean what it is. This edition honours the distillery's Head of Sustainability, Amy Stammers, who curated this release. It is crafted from 100% organic Scottish barley and matured in a blend of 63% STR (shaved, toasted, and re-charred) red wine casks, 19% ex-Maury casks (a fortified French wine), and 18% ex-Bourbon casks. This creates a moreish, creamy, and jammy whisky with vibrant fruitiness, rich jammy notes, and subtle toasted spices. It is bottled at 48.5% ABV, non-chill filtered, and has no added colouring.
