Description

This is the fifth release in Nc'nean's Quiet Rebels series, celebrating distiller Simon Hewitt. The whisky was initially aged in shaved, toasted, and re-charred red wine casks before being finished in 100% stout casks from Scottish brewing legends Innis & Gunn. This cask exploration was inspired by Simon's love of beer, resulting in a rich, chocolatey dram. It is bottled at 48.5% ABV, non-chill filtered, and made with organic Scottish barley.
