Description

Never Say Die Rye Whiskey is a Kentucky Straight Rye Whiskey that undergoes a unique transatlantic aging process. Distilled in Kentucky, it is aged for at least five years in new charred oak bourbon casks before embarking on a six-week ocean voyage to England. It then undergoes further maturation for several months at White Peak Distillery in Derbyshire, England, before being bottled at 52.5% ABV. This sweet mash rye, with a mash bill of 56% rye, 33% corn, and 11% malted barley, offers a complex flavor profile that balances traditional rye spice with sweet and smooth Kentucky whiskey characteristics.
