Description

The Oamaruvian Revolution represents an exciting new focal point for The New Zealand Whisky Collection; the first in our range of single malt whiskies produced and matured by us (not from the Willowbank Distillery). Distilled on the South Island of New Zealand in two copper pot stills using 100% New Zealand malted barley. Matured in our Oamaru seaside bondstore in small American oak, ex-bourbon casks and French oak ex-new Zealand red wine casks. Producing a cornucopia of rich fruits and spices, with a hint of Oamaru sea spray to finish.
