Description

Launched in 2012, this is a brand of whiskies produced by the New Zealand Whisky Company. It bottles casks produced at the Willowbank distillery in Dunedin, which closed in 1997. Expressions have included single malts, single grain and various blends. This single malt whisky has spent 3 years maturing in American ex-bourbon casks before soaking up luscious flavours from Central-Otago Pinot Noir barrels for an additional 1.5 years, gaining a golden auburn colour.
